Subject: Hold The Date!

I thought that list members would be interested in today's decision by the NZ Court of Appeal to strike out all claims made against the New Zealand Building Regulator (the BIA), in a case brought by owners of "leaky townhouses" ... The approach will be reasonably familiar to followers of overseas cases, but is perhaps notable for continuing the trend of restoring New Zealand negligence law back towards the commonwealth mainstream.
