More suggestive case names
Dear
all
I’ve
been away for some time so I’m not sure if anyone has mentioned
this one already (not the best but still …), but there is
also the Quebec civil law case of DRIVER et al. v. COCA COLA
LTD. (1960), 27 D.L.R. (2d) 20 (SCC) a decision about 8-year-old
Beverley Driver who died instantly after being struck by the defendant's
truck - an important case on the assessment of non-pecuniary damages.
