Subject: AW: Tony Weir

I just came across a reference to a piece I hadn't heard of before that's not on Nick's list:

Tort and Insurance on the Highway, in G Canivet/M Andenas/D Fairgrieve (eds), Independence, Accountability and the Judiciary (BIICL 2006).

I must now try and track it down.

Very nice blog post, Hector. Do you (or do other ODG members) know of other sites carrying obituaries? I'd like to link to them from our European Tort Law Blog site.

Best wishes
Ken

Dear Colleagues

The latest version of Nick McBride's bibliography of Tony Weir is
available here -
http://www.law.ed.ac.uk/sln/blogentry.aspx?blogentryref=8825. He (and
I) would be happy to receive any additions to that list there may be.

Best wishes

Hector
