Subject: | Re: Pitt v Holt - the rule in Re Hastings-Bass |
Colleagues,
I understand that the Court of Appeal decision in Pitt v Holt on the rule in Re Hastings-Bass was appealed to the UK Supreme Court.
Does anybody know if the appeal is still proceeding and, if so, at what stage has it got to?
Many Thanks,
Peter
