Dear Colleagues:
Hart has just
published two new
collections of essays that will be of interest to ODGers. The
first is entitled
Revisiting the Contracts
Scholarship of
Stewart Macaulay which contains
the papers
prepared for a conference held at the Wisconsin Law School in
2011 to honour
the work of Stewart Macaulay, one of the most important
contracts scholars of
his generation. The collection is edited by: Jean Braucher,
John Kidwell and
William C Whitford.
The second is
entitled Tort Law and
the Legislature: Common Law,
Statute and the Dynamics of Legal Change.
It provides the first extended interpretation of
legislative
intervention in the law of tort with chapters written by
leading tort scholars
(and many ODGers) on a vast array of topics. The collection is
edited by TT
Arvind and Jenny Steele.
As always, Hart will
provide a 20%
discount if you use the attached order forms.
Happy Reading,
