Dear Colleagues:

 

Congratulations go out to ODGer Russ Brown who has recently been appointed a Justice of the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench.  I am told that he is leaving the University of Alberta immedidately to take up his post. His insighful academic work on tort law generally, and causation specifically, will be very much missed.
