Dear Colleagues:

On May 2 and 3, 2013, SMU is organizing a conference on contract law.  The conference will have two themes, the Future Developments of Contract Law and the Relationship between the Contract Laws of the Commonwealth.

 

The conference will feature: John Carter and Elizabeth Peden from Sydney; John McCamus from Osgoode Hall, Toronto; David McLauchan from Victoria University, Wellington and Roger Brownsword from King’s College, London. The Singapore team will include Justice Andrew Phang, Judge of Appeal, Supreme Court of Singapore; Howard Hunter from Singapore Management University and Dean Michael Furmston
