Congratulations to ODG contributor Professor Martin Hogg, who has been promoted to a Professorship of the Law of Obligations at the University of Edinburgh, which is very well deserved.

(Edinburgh also hosted a very successful Society of Legal Scholars conference last week, with many ODGers attending, and so also congratulations to fellow member Prof Hector MacQueen, who presided)
