Dear Colleagues, 

Just to let you all know that the special seminar issue of the Journal of Professional Negligence, which I advertised before Christmas has now been published. The seminar focused on Vicarious Liability and Non-Delegable Duties and benefitted from the participation, whether as a speaker or attendee, of a number of list members.

The final papers are, of course, available via the usual electronic outlets, but for those who would like a hard copy Bloomsbury has agreed to make the issue available as a standalone item. Those interested in buying a copy, for £50, are invited to email Jenny Lank at Bloomsbury (Jenny.Lank@bloomsbury.com) who will make the arrangements.
