The current edition of the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law, based at Thomson Rivers University, contains a series of articles around the theme of "Equity in the 21st Century: Problems and Perspectives". Many of the articles are written by members of this list.

The articles cover a wide swath of the equity and trusts fields.

It strikes me that kudos are due to Thomson Rivers and to this journal, only in its second volume, for producing a collection of this quality.
