Subject: ODG: subject headings

Thanks to those of you who have been putting "ODG" in the subject line. However, this seems to be unnecessary, as Eric pointed out in his message to me below. I had previously tried filtering based on messages arriving FROM obligations@uwo.ca or owner-obligations@uwo.ca, neither of which worked. However, filtering based on messages being sent TO obligations@uwo.ca does work, at least for me.

Dear Mr Wright,

I find that if I filter all emails sent to or from the email address 'obligations@uwo.ca' then I catch all the emails sent to the mailing list, even if the sender omits the 'ODG'.
