Dear Colleagues:

Congratulations to ODG member Stephen Smith who has recently been awarded a prestigious Killam Research Fellowship by the Canada Council for the Arts. Only ten fellowships are awarded across Canada in subjects ranging from Microbiology to Chemical Engineering to Anthropology. The award enables Canada’s best scholars to devote two years to full-time research, so Stephen should have plenty of time to post to the ODG in the coming months.
