Subject: Simple conspiracy/conspiracy to injure
Colleagues:
Can anyone think of a successful claim at the appellate level for a Quinn v Leathem type conspiracy since the 1970s in Anglo-Canadian law? I can think of one Canadian case (Amirault v. Westminer Canada). Are there any others that anyone knows about?
Cheers,
