Dear Colleagues:
Some of you might be interested in a new book by OUP entitled Reputation and Defamation. According to the blurb, it "provides a rigorous, original theory of reputation by combining analysis of the established common law doctrine of defamation with historical and philosophical enquiry" and "offers potential solutions for how cases could be argued and judgments expressed".
Happy Reading,
