Subject: Offer and Acceptance in Everyday Life

Colleagues:

Does anyone know of any interesting discussions judicial or academic of offer and acceptance in relation to vending machines, etc? A student was interested and nothing came immediately to mind except Lord Wilberforce stating that these are sometimes the hardest transactions to categorize.

Any thoughts?
