Congratulations go out to Jack Beatson FBA, John Cartwright, and Paul S Davies on the publication of the 32nd edition of Anson's Law of Contract (OUP, 2026). New to this edition:

• New material has been added in every chapter, including references to 31 decisions of the Supreme Court, 14 decisions of the Privy Council, 49 decisions of the Court of Appeal, and over 30 decisions of the High Court.
• Supreme Court cases include Triple Point Technology Inc v PTT Public Co Ltd [2021] (exemption clauses); National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers v Tyne and Wear Passenger Transport Executive [2024] (rectification); One Savings Bank plc v Waller-Edwards [2025] (third-party misrepresentation and undue influence); Times Travel (UK) Ltd v Pakistan International Airlines Corp [2021] ('lawful act' duress); and Secretary of State for the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs v Public and Commercial Services Union [2024] (the first decision of the Supreme Court on the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999), as well as three cases on illegality and restraint of trade.
• Privy Council cases include Credit Suisse Life (Bermuda) Ltd v Ivanishvili [2025] (misrepresentation: inducement); Porter v Stokes [2023] (rectification); and Nature Resorts Ltd v First Citizens Bank Ltd [2022] (undue influence).
• The most significant new legislative material in this edition constitutes reform of provisions of EU-derived law which were retained and assimilated into UK domestic law after withdrawal from the EU, in particular the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, replacing (inter alia) the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (consumer rights of redress for misleading actions and aggressive practices).

Congratulations also go out to Richard Calnan and Paul S. Davies on the publication of Principles of Contractual Interpretation, 3rd ed (OUP, 2026).  From the description:
