Dear colleagues,

With apologies for any cross-posting, on the evening of Tuesday 20 October 2026, 3VB will be hosting (at Gray's Inn) a book launch for Issues in the Law of Rescission, published by Oxford University Press and edited by myself and Jonas Atmaz Al-Sibaie (Lecturer in Law, University College London)

The evening will feature a presentation of the book, followed by a panel discussion with Professor Robert Stevens, Professor Ben McFarlane and Dr Magda Raczynska. Together, they will explore some of the book's key themes, including the theoretical foundations of rescission, its practical application in commercial disputes and its continuing development in modern private law.

We would be delighted if you could join us for the launch and a drinks reception. If you would like to attend you can email events@3vb.com with your name and company/chambers/university association.
