Subject: [RDG] City Index Ltd v Gawler
List members waiting all agog for the House of Lords' thoughts on knowing receipt, its relationship with UE, and its place within the scheme of the Civil Liability (Contribution) Act 1978, will have to wait on, as the parties to the City Index case have selfishly decided to settle at the door of the courtroom and so the hearing which was scheduled to take place today and tomorrow will not take place.
