Subject: [RDG] death of bill stewart
Restitution List members will be sad to hear of the death of Bill Stewart of Stirling University Law School.  He was the author of a pioneering book on Scots restitution law, and was until recently the Scottish reporter for the Restitution Law Review.  He was also well known for his writings on the Scots law of delict.
