Subject: | [RDG] Conference on Torts in Commercial Law |
Dear colleagues
Apologies for the cross-posting, but the following conference may be of interest to both restitution and obligations scholars.
The Torts in Commercial Law Conference will be held in Sydney on 17-18 December 2010. The speakers are all world leaders- academics, practitioners and judges- in the field of torts and obligations generally. The programme is packed with fascinating presentations and lunch sessions will include poster presentations by scholars whose research is at the cutting edge of their fields. Presentations range from economic torts, insurance, state liability, pure economic loss, to causation, compensatory, restitutionary and exemplary damages,
The conference is the third in a series (the first two involving Equity and Unjust Enrichment respectively) in which delegates have enjoyed world class presentations and extremely vibrant debate and discussion.
All details, including full programme and online registration, are available at www.torts.unsw.edu.au. A 10% discount is available for registrations received by 5 October. We hope to see you there.
James Edelman and Simone Degeling (Convenors)
