SAVE THE DATE.  The Restitution Rollout will be on February 25, 2011 at the Washington and Lee Law School, Lexington, Virginia. Its sponsors, the American Law Institute, the Frances Lewis Law Center, a Virginia CLE provider, and the Washington and Lee Law Review, hope you can join us for an outstanding conference. Restatement (Third) Restitution and Unjust Enrichment Reporter Professor Andrew Kull and ALI Director Lance Liebman will be on hand. Our final lineup won’t be in place until we finish reviewing submissions from our Call For Papers. We now expect papers from leading Restitution and Contracts scholars, Joe Perillo, Lionel Smith, Emily Sherwin, John McCamus, Peter Linzer, Caprice Roberts, and others.
