I am delighted to pass on the news that Oxford University's Faculty of Law announced today that Professor Robert Stevens of UCL's Faculty of Laws has been elected to the Herbert Smith Chair in English Private Law. Robert will take up his appointment in August 2012 and will be a fellow of Lady Margaret Hall.
