Subject: | [RDG] book on trusts now published |
Dear all,
I understand from the publishers that “The Worlds of the Trust” (edited by Lionel Smith; Cambridge UP; £80 UK price) has just been published today. As some of you will know, this is the book of the conference held at McGill Uni in 2011, and is an immensely wide-ranging (22 chapters) comparison of civil law and common law approaches to the trust / fiducie. It ends, as all legal pilgrims’ progresses should, with a Juristiches Begriffshimmel (admittedly with a “?”).
