Not one, but two decisions of major importance for UE lawyers have been handed down today: Henderson J's magisterial decision in Littlewoods, and the CA's affirmation of Sales J's decision in Relfo. The former traverses many issues, including subjective devaluation and counterfactual denials of enrichment; the latter treats claims against remote recipients, a topic that was also central to the CA's decision in Menelaou, permission to appeal from which has now been granted by the SC. Enjoy! CM
