Subject: [RDG] comparative disgorgement

Greetings to RDG members,
Just published by Springer is E. Hondius and A. Janssen, eds., Disgorgement of Profits: Gain-Based Remedies throughout the World.
http://www.springer.com/us/book/9783319187587
This represents work on the topic that was developed for the 2014 Congress of the International Academy of Comparative Law. Following the traditional methodology of the Academy, the general editors developed a set of questions and national reporters answered these questions in  relation to their own legal systems. The general editors then drew overall comparative conclusions. In this volume, there are 24 national reports from countries all over the world. This is certainly the widest range of jurisdictions ever covered in a comparative study of this field.
To those whose academic year is about to start, bonne rentrée; to everyone else, count your blessings!
Lionel
