Two new books have just been published under the editorship of our colleague Professor Andrew Burrows of All Souls: Principles of the English Law of Obligations and Principles of English Commercial Law. These are paperbacks that include selected chapters from the 3d edition of English Private Law. The selected chapters have been updated for these books. The Obligations book includes the chapter on unjust enrichment, by Professor Charles Mitchell.
Two flyers are attached that allow you (or your students, or anyone on your Christmas list) to get the books at 20% off, which makes £21.60 each.
