For those who have missed the Edinburgh event: the same speaker will give a presentation with the same title tomorrow, 2 March, at 1pm, at the Institute of European and Comparative Law, University of Oxford:

Following a link on Steve Hedley's Private Law Theory blog, I have just read Eric Clive's discussion in European Private Law News of a seminar held last Friday in Edinburgh, which is available here:

http://www.epln.law.ed.ac.uk/2016/02/29/farewell-to-unjustified-enrichment/

Both the seminar, given by Nils Jansen, and the account carry the title "Farewell to unjustified enrichment?" Eric Clive's conclusion: "Farewell to unjustified enrichment? No thanks. Radical thinking designed to keep unjustified enrichment law within reasonable bounds? Yes please."
Highly recommended!
