I write to draw your attention to a conference which is being held at UCL next April to mark the publication of the 50^th anniversary edition of Goff & Jones, and to honour Robert Goff and Gareth Jones, who both died earlier this year. The conference is entitled ‘The Global Futures of Unjust Enrichment’. It will feature a day of comparative law discussion with papers by scholars from many different jurisdictions, and a day of English law discussion, looking at issues and controversies that await resolution by the courts.
