ODG members will already have received a notice from Jason about the just-announced conference on The Canadian Law of Obligations: Innovations, Innovators, and the Next 20 Years. The Conference marks the retirement of Professor Joost Blom, in recognition of Prof. Blom‘s contributions to legal education and to the Canadian law of obligations. It will take place at the Allard School of Law of the University of British Columbia, 5-6 May 2017, and the call for papers is attached. Submissions are invited on subjects in the areas of contract law, the law of torts, equity, and unjust enrichment.

Deadline for submissions is 15 December 2016 and Vancouver is beautiful in the summer!
