I hope colleagues will not consider it a misuse of the RDG for me to conduct an informal sounding-out exercise. Along with Alexandra Popovici of the University of Sherbrooke, I will be putting together a volume on “Equity and Trusts” for Edward Elgar Ltd.’s International Library of Commercial Law. This will be a collection of published articles that are considered by the editors to be ..worthy of inclusion in the collection. Greatest hits, if you will.

Papers published in edited books are permitted. Everything has to be in English.

I would love to hear from anyone who has suggestions, especially things that are a little more out of the way.

I suggest that anyone replying do so directly to me, unless perhaps you think that the list would benefit from your hidden gem ..
