Dear colleagues
I am emailing to let you know about a new database and digital repository of Indigenous Law Resources which is hosted by Austlii. As at November 2016 the database and repository contains documents dating from 1768 to 2016 including parliamentary
papers, government reports, policy documents and other primary legal materials relating to important litigation. Also included is a significant collection of documents related to Indigenous civil society and representative organisations.
Thematic areas include: Indigenous land justice, cultural heritage, treaty or makarrata, intellectual property, violence against indigenous people, deaths in custody, discrimination, and indigenous advocacy.
