RDG members will wish to know that the Restitution Law Review has ended in its current form, the last one being the 2018 volume. The RLR was founded in 1993 by Peter Birks and Francis Rose, and has been published every year since then, edited all through that time by Frank Rose. Many list members have served as Regional Editors, producing annual digests of case law, and many more have published articles in the RLR.

The good news is that Lloyd’s Maritime and Commercial Law Quarterly will provide a platform for what used to be in the RLR. The Regional Digests started to appear last year in LMCLQ, and the journal will also have a dedicated section called Unjust Enrichment Review for articles.

Thanks to Frank Rose for ensuring that LMCLQ will fill this role for the future.
