For those who are in the UK, or will be in February, it gives me great pleasure to announce that on 23 February 2024, Professor Lusina Ho of the University of Hong Kong will give the Cambridge Freshfields Annual Law Lecture. The title of the lecture is ‘Re-imagining the Express Trust’.

 

The Cambridge Freshfields Annual Law Lecture is the flagship event of the Cambridge Private Law Centre, and I am absolutely delighted that Lusina Ho will honour us by delivering it next year.
