Subject: [ouclf_subscribers_gbz] Unjustified Enrichment and Brazilian Law

Dear OUCLF subscribers

We have just published a new article:

Jo o Costa-Neto: The Sad Future of Unjustified Enrichment in Brazil: Criticising the Brazilian Civil Code Reform

Using a broad comparative and historical perspective which includes English, French, German and Roman law, the author takes a critical look at current efforts to reform the Brazilian law of unjust(ified) enrichment as part of a wider reform of the law of obligations.

Best wishes,

Gerhard Dannemann
