Re:
In re Goldcorp Exchange

Simon, Thorp J's decision in Goldcorp was never reported anywhere to my knowledge. I have a copy. But then, I'm pretty sure Richard Nolan at St John's has also. If you can't obtain it from Richard, get back to me. Unreported judgments can be obtained from the relevant HC registry for a price. So long as you are not wanting too many of them, in most cases I will have the case, or will be able readily to get it, and I am happy to send them off to you. I don't suppose you have a copy of Vinelott J's unreported judgment in Bishopsgate v Homan (referred to in CA at [1994] 3 WLR 1270)? Even London solicitors have had difficulty in getting it for us.

Peter Watts.
