Further to my question re Warman v Dwyer, Michael Bryan has kindly pointed out that Ford & Lee, Principles of the Law of Trusts, 2d ed, para 2222.1 and Scott on Trusts, para 506, say that third-party participants in a fiduciary's breach of duty are liable to account for profits they make thereby.
