Many thanks to Simon Evans for his generous gift of his notes on Westdeutsche.

I expect to get a transcript of the case from the HL office and I will scan it and make it available to the list when it arrives. That is likely to be in a week or so. If anyone has an electronic copy of the judgment already, let me know and we may be able to speed the process.
