Re:
Hebrew Univ papers 1990

Does anyone know how I can get hold of a copy of Equity and Contemporary Legal Developments (ed Goldstein 1992), or in particular the paper by Peter Birks referred to by the HL in Westdeutsche? I gather that these were papers first presented at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1990, and that they have been published by Mishpatim (whoever they may be) for stlg50. But I have no publishers' address, and would prefer to avoid payment of the stlg50 if it can be avoided !!

Thanks,

Paul Todd (Cardiff, UK)

Mr Todd,

I think that the article you are seeking is "Restitution and Constructive Trusts" in Goldstein, S. (ed) Equity and Contemporary Legal Developments (Harry and Michael Sacher Institute for Legislative Research and Comparative Law, Hebrew University of Jerusalem: 1992), 335.

Yours,
