Me again. Recently I mentioned an case in the Federal Court of Australia, Torrens Aloha Pty Ltd v Citibank NA, decided 21 Feb 97. Special leave to appeal to the High Court was refused on 4 August 1997. A transcript of those proceedings is on the Web at

As I mentioned before, you can get a copy of the case by sending an email to the list server ie
