I was wondering if anyone could help me out. A friend of mine mentioned Hart v Dutton (1949 US), a case on defamation and waiver of tort had been reversed by a Connecticut Supreme Court this year. I have tried searching the web and have not been able to come up with anything. Can anyone confirm this and if so, tell me the name of the case?
