Members of the RDG may be interested to know that Gaunt produced a reprint of RM Jackson, "The History of Quasi-Contract in English Law" (1936, reprint 1986). It is US$45 plus shipping (eg US$8.50 to the UK). You can order online at http://www.gaunt.com.
