The HL says there is no tort of assisting in a deceit: Credit Lyonnais Nederland N.V. (now known as Generale Bank Nederland N.V.) v. Export Credits Guarantee Department, 18 Feb 99:

Counsel does not seem to have made an argument by analogy to dishonest assistance in a breach of trust.
