Dear Colleagues

I'd like to thank Richard Sutton, Lionel Smith Craig Rotherham for their useful comments on this question - you've all provided leads I can follow up on. In a text on the PPSA, my intention/constrain is that I can only do "Tracing for Dummies" but it may be that a deeper piece of writing will be generated by the work I need to get there over the next few months.
