Interesting decision of the South African Supreme Court of Appeal, McCarthy Retail Ltd v Shortdistance Carriers CC, decided 16 March 2001, can be found at

Court discusses general enrichment action, improvements and indirect enrichment. Judgment also blessedly short and clear.
