Hello RDG,

Attached is the plaintiffs' complaint in the slave reparation lawsuit filed in New Your earlier this week. The restitution Count is technically sparse, but probably has enough detail to get past a defendants' motion to dismiss the pleading for failure to state a claim. I would expect rough treatment in later stages and perhaps dismissal, for it seems tenuous to me on several grounds. But it probably wasn't filed with an expectation of litigation to final judgment.

In any event, this is what mass litigation looks like in United States courts.
