Dear Colleagues,

The 33rd Annual Workshop on Consumer and Commercial Law will be held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Toronto on Friday and Saturday, October 17-18, 2003.

The whole first day deals with topics of likely interest to members of the discussion group (Equitable Mistake, Unconscionability, and Contract Interpretation; Proprietary Remedies; and Dimensions of Private Law). Speakers include: Lionel Smith, Michael Bryan, Andrew Burrows, Andrew Kull, John D. McCamus, Anthony J. Duggan, Stephen Smith, Robert A. Hillman, and Stephen M. Waddams, among others.

A draft programme has been attached to this e-mail.
