I am interested in your reference to the Canadian case of the Citadel. I would like to do some more research on this case. Would you be able to direct me to some sources of reference for this case as well as the doctrine of tracing?

Is precidence taking place based on this case regardless of "knowing receipt" or "knowing assistance"?
