No offence Frank ... I meant an SSRN abstracting journal, which is not so much an electronic journal as a news service which allows distribution of abstracts (and in some cases links to full text of articles) of either working papers or articles recently published (on paper or otherwise). See http://www.ssrn.com/lsn/.
