Just published:

Thomas Schindler, Rechtsgeschäftliche Entsche idungsfreiheit und Drohung: die englische duress-Lehre in rechtsvergleichender Perspektive, Tübingen: Mohr Siebeck 2005, 249pp.

As the sub-title reveals, this is about /English/ law of duress, with an emphasis on economic duress and threat of breach of contract. German law is used as a contrast foil.
