As you can see from the following, the English Reports have now been added to the COMMONLII site and are freely available online.
Naturally I will be adding links to relevant cases from my restitution site, over the next few weeks. If anyone has any particular suggestions of pre-1874 cases for inclusion, feel free to mention them by e-mail, either to the RDG or to me personally.
Steve Hedley From: bileta-news on behalf of Philip Leith AustLII have made access available to English Reports from 1220 to 1873. These are currently in pdf format but some OCR processing has been done so that there is the basis of searching. We expect the LII community to further develop this resource as funding becomes available. This access was made possible through collaboration with JUSTIS. Free access to the English Reports 1220-1873 is at: <http://www.commonlii.org/int/cases/EngR/>
Further, there is a new case citator available at AustLII which improves the research process and the quality of search results. This is a very significant development of a research tool within the LII community. LawCite, a free access international citator: <http://www.austlii.edu.au/lawcite/>
